Intelligent drilling and tapping machines (commonly known as CNC drilling and tapping centers or automatic drilling and tapping integrated machines) are composite CNC machine tools that integrate high-speed drilling and precision tapping. Through a CNC system, they achieve "one-time clamping, multi-process completion," primarily used for efficient hole processing of metal parts.

1. Before starting operation, check that the main locking bolts are secure and that the power switch and wiring are in good working order. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment as required. Non-tapping operators and those without certification are prohibited from operating the machine.

2. Before operation, lubricating oil, lubricant, or grease must be injected into the designated lubrication points. Operation is only permitted after the machine is running normally, flexibly, and reliably.

3. Before tapping, the workpiece and tools to be tapped must be neatly arranged and easily accessible.

4. Ensure the tap size and depth meet the required dimensions before starting operation to prevent stripping.

5. When a CNC tapping machine discharges debris (iron slag, powder, etc.), there should be space or grooves to facilitate the discharge of the debris, and it should be cleaned up promptly.

6. Regularly conduct self-inspections and mutual inspections of workpieces to ensure that no defective parts or CNC tapping machines leave the factory. Falsification is strictly prohibited.
