Non-standard sheet metal processing, simply put, refers to sheet metal processing based on non-standard drawings or samples required by the customer. Compared to standard sheet metal processing, non-standard sheet metal processing is more diverse and has a wider range of applications. Non-standard sheet metal processing is commonly used for various types of machine bases, frames, supports, covers, plates, various partitions, etc.

1. Design Drawings: Based on customer requirements, design sheet metal parts drawings that meet the requirements, specifying dimensions, shapes, materials, and other information.

2. Material Procurement: Procure suitable metal materials according to the design drawings and conduct quality inspection.

3. Cutting and Blanking: Use a CNC cutting machine to cut the metal materials into the corresponding shapes and sizes according to the drawings.

4. Bending and Forming: Use a CNC bending machine to bend the cut metal materials into the corresponding shapes according to the drawings.

5. Welding: For sheet metal parts requiring welding, use appropriate welding processes to weld and conduct weld quality inspection.

6. Surface Treatment: Perform surface treatments on the sheet metal parts, such as spraying or electroplating, to improve their surface quality and corrosion resistance.

7. Quality Inspection: Conduct quality inspections on the processed sheet metal parts to ensure they meet design requirements and quality standards.

8. Packaging and Shipping: Pack the qualified sheet metal parts and ship them according to customer requirements.
