The housing is fabricated as a coordinated set of body panels and access sections. Where a machine has several adjoining faces, one defined enclosure arrangement aligns those interfaces instead of treating every cover as an unrelated component.

1.5–3.0 mm Sheet for Large Outer Faces
Cold-rolled steel and optional stainless steel are available in 1.5–3.0 mm thickness. For broad side panels spanning between machine supports, thicker specified sheet reduces bending at the same geometry and limits movement during handling and attachment.

Powder-Coated or Baked-Paint Exterior
Powder coating and baked paint provide the specified finish across the housing. Where an operator door sits beside fixed panels, a coordinated color and texture keep the assembled exterior consistent across separately fabricated sections.

Quality Control

Incoming-stock inspection precedes fabrication. First-article checks verify door-to-panel clearances, adjoining side-panel alignment and machine attachment references against the approved drawing.

In-process checks monitor weld appearance, corner distortion and formed-edge condition. Deviations are recorded and corrected before the affected components advance to the next stage.

Every finished housing receives an appearance and assembly-fit inspection before packing. Calibrated gauges are used for dimensional verification and quality records are retained.
