Profile Cutting Around Irregular Interfaces
CNC cutting follows the specified outer contour and internal openings. Where a component must fit around an existing machine profile, the cut geometry follows that interface rather than leaving a rectangular blank that requires hand trimming during assembly.

0.8–4.0 mm for Covers and Shaped Supports
Steel, stainless steel and aluminum are available in 0.8–4.0 mm sheet. Where an irregular part combines broad cover areas with narrow connection zones, the selected thickness balances enclosure mass with the section needed around those attachment points.

Formed Sections Through Changes in Direction
Multiple formed faces create the required transitions between differently oriented mounting surfaces. When adjacent equipment interfaces do not share a plane, the shaped component connects them without stacking separate flat spacers and brackets at each change in direction.

Quality Control

Incoming material is inspected before fabrication. First-article verification checks the drawing-defined reference geometry rather than accepting a part from overall length and width alone.

In-process checks monitor local distortion, edge condition and alignment between formed faces. Recorded nonconformities are corrected and re-inspected before the next operation.

Every finished part receives an appearance and assembly-fit check before packing. Gauges are calibrated regularly, and quality records remain linked to the applicable order.
