All models come standard with a 12-station tool magazine and support automatic tool changes, enabling continuous processing without manual intervention.

The machine provides multiple processing modes. The multi-plate mode is suitable for medium-sized workpieces and supports simultaneous processing of multiple sheets. The fixture mode is suitable for small-batch parts and provides excellent stability. For large workpieces, optional loading and unloading robots can be selected to enable fully unmanned operation.

The machining precision of this intelligent CNC drill and tap machine reaches ±0.05mm, and the repeat positioning precision reaches ±0.02mm. The maximum carbon steel processing thickness is 12mm, while stainless steel reaches 10mm. Tapping specifications cover M2.5 to M10. The machine net weight is approximately 2.1 tons. Its rigid structure effectively reduces vibration during processing.
