This enclosure is an external equipment housing for communication, power and monitoring installations. It is used at communication base stations, distributed electrical sites and outdoor monitoring points where the equipment is grouped in a standalone metal cabinet.

Key Features

150–200 mm separation from the installation pad
The raised base lifts the equipment body 150–200 mm above its supporting surface. Where wet leaves, grit and runoff collect around the pad, the lower cabinet interface sits above direct ground contact rather than at the debris line, keeping the equipment compartment physically separated from the pad surface.

304 or 316 steel for the site's corrosion exposure
The 1.5–2.0 mm stainless body is available in 304 and 316. Where chloride-bearing deposits increase the risk of localized corrosion, 316 provides greater resistance to pitting than 304. The material choice addresses the metal's exposure directly, rather than treating an exterior paint layer as the only corrosion barrier.

A 600 × 600 mm footprint for compact equipment pads
The 600 × 600 × 1400 mm format occupies 0.36 m² of cabinet footprint. At a monitoring point with limited pad area, that compact base leaves more surrounding space for site access. The 800 × 800 × 1800 and 1000 × 800 × 2200 mm formats accommodate larger equipment packages on wider pads.

IP65 dust exclusion at exposed, dry-weather sites
The IP65 configuration specifies a dust-tight closed equipment compartment for sites repeatedly exposed to windblown particles. IP55 remains a dust-protected alternative within the range. Both specify water-jet protection, so the IP65 option strengthens dust exclusion while retaining the same water-protection class.

Customization

We fabricate stainless steel cabinets from your equipment arrangement, foundation interface and enclosure drawings. The approved design defines the formed panels, welded joints and installation details, while the finishing specification sets the required visible surface treatment for the completed cabinet.

Quality Control

Incoming material is checked against the order specification before fabrication. First-piece inspection verifies panel dimensions and the mating edges that establish the assembled body geometry.

Welds are inspected for visible defects, misalignment and distortion near closure interfaces. Finished stainless surfaces are checked for processing marks, and the assembled door and sealing interfaces are examined together before final release.

Every cabinet receives an appearance and assembly-fit inspection before packing. Inspection records are retained, measurement equipment is regularly calibrated, and identified defects are corrected and reinspected before dispatch.
