This cabinet houses programmable controllers, input/output modules, power supplies and associated control equipment. It is used in machine-control systems, process automation panels and production-line electrical assemblies where the control hardware is installed within a dedicated floor-standing cabinet.

Key Features

More I/O layout width without a deeper cabinet

The 800 × 600 × 2000 and 1000 × 600 × 2000 mm models retain the same depth and height. Moving to the wider body adds 200 mm of overall width for longer I/O and terminal arrangements without pushing the cabinet farther into the service aisle. Larger assemblies use 1000 × 800 × 2200 or 1200 × 800 × 2200 mm formats.

Split doors with a smaller individual opening sweep

The split-door configuration divides the front into two narrower leaves. In a service aisle with limited space opposite the PLC cabinet, each leaf sweeps a smaller radius than a single full-width door. Technicians can open the required side during commissioning without swinging one large panel across the whole aisle.

A dust-protected housing for PLC electronics

The 1.5–2.0 mm cold-rolled steel body has a RAL 7035 powder-coated exterior and IP43–IP54 protection options. Beside a process that releases airborne particles, the IP54 configuration restricts dust entry into the closed PLC compartment. It adds a dust-protection classification absent from IP43, shielding the control assembly between access periods.

Customization

We build the enclosure from your control-panel arrangement and mechanical interface drawings. The approved layout is translated into fabricated panels and installation features through cutting, bending, welding and finishing, with the cabinet geometry coordinated around the components named in the project.

Quality Control

Material inspection precedes cutting. First-article checks establish the body geometry and mounting datums so the installation features are measured from the same approved references throughout the order.

Production checks monitor panel alignment and weld accuracy. During assembly, the fit of mounting parts and opening panels is checked for interference; the finished surfaces are examined for visible defects before release inspection.

Each cabinet receives a final appearance and mechanical-fit inspection before packing. Calibrated measuring tools support the dimensional checks, process records are retained, and nonconforming features are corrected and verified before dispatch.
