Silkscreened port identifiers place the connection map on the enclosure itself. During repeated cable changes or equipment servicing, visible labels distinguish neighboring connections without requiring a separate numbered overlay on each cable.

Quality Control

Incoming material is checked before processing. First-article inspection verifies connector-opening pitch and alignment with the board-mounting references, with results recorded against the released drawing.

Process checks monitor formed-wall straightness, joint position and edge condition. Inspection also identifies fabrication debris that must be removed before electronic hardware is installed.

Each finished chassis receives an appearance and assembly-fit inspection before packing. Calibrated gauges are used for dimensional checks, and corrective actions are recorded through re-inspection.
